Charges

•  The hospital bills only for services provided by the hospital

•  Professional fees charged by the physicians who provide services will be billed to you directly by the individual physicians responsible for your care

1. This may include your surgeon, the anesthesiologist, the radiologist, the pathologist

Insurance

•  Most major insurances are accepted

•  The hospital will bill your insurance carrier directly

•  Please feel free to contact us at anytime if you have any questions regarding insurance

Payment

•  The patient responsibility portion of your charge can be paid by cash, personal check, or credit card
